Fancy's Southern Cafe - Fort Myers

Normally we love this place, today we were extremely disappointed. We came at lunch time for a BLGT sandwich but because it’s the weekend they don’t serve lunch only “brunch”. The BLT is not on the brunch menu but they serve all the components of it. Asked if we could order it, cook said no. We took our business elsewhere.

Excellent Eats!! Came all the way from Denver Colorado to eat here, and they did not disappoint!! Florida Hot chicken sandwich. Meatloaf Sandwich. Chicken Salad Sandwich. Sweet potato souffle and Mac n Cheese!!

Great flavors. Waitress was on point and nice as could be.

Favorite restaurant in Fort Myers! Love the food! They have messed up our reservations more than once though.

Traveling through on the highway and didn't want to stop at a chain restaurant. Picked this one out mostly cuz of the name. On first look it looks like a bad strip mall restaurant. But do yourself a favor and go inside. It looks totally different inside. They've really done an awesome job in the decoration of this place ! The food is off the chain good! My chicken and waffles was the best I've ever had. Cool bartender! Great vibe. Wished I'd have caught it at a busier time because it has that kind of feel to it. The kind of feel that everybody in there would be comfortable with each other and talking. If I lived here I think I'd make it my neighborhood hang out!
