Jimmy John's - Fort Myers

My experience at Jimmy John's was excellent. I went through the drive-thru, ordered a sub, and it was ready within a minute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - they even cut the sub in half for me. The pricing was affordable and the food was high quality. I highly recommend this place.

Freaky slow. This location has been very, very slow for the past few years. Sammwhiches are good but takes forever to get them. FYI

The service and staff at this restaurant are amazing. They are incredibly fast and efficient. I was still talking to the cashier when my order was ready and waiting for me right in front of me without me even noticing.

I mistakenly placed a takeout order after the restaurant had closed, and encountered an issue with receiving a refund to my card. I called the store to address the issue with the staff, who were incredibly helpful and resolved the situation promptly. They even provided me with store credit for the inconvenience. Thank you, Jimmy John's, for your exceptional customer service!

The Dude makes my sandwich with gloves with the same gloves on swing open the window then proceeds to hand me my change with the same greasy gloves he made my sandwich with I cant imagine what?s going on behind the counter .
