Bella Italia - Fort Smith

I must address the negative review. It's possible that the reviewer visited Bella Italia during a challenging time for the owner, who was dealing with his wife's serious illness. However, I can confidently say that if you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, Bella Italia is the best place to dine in Ft. Smith. The food is outstanding!

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, but I feel it could help others avoid a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived at Bella Italia at 5:00 PM, expecting it to be open, but found no one there. After 15 minutes, a man finally arrived, saying he had come from another job. He opened the front door for us, and we stepped into a room that felt like it was at least 100 degrees. We ended up leaving, feeling let down. This restaurant really needs to improve its operations.
