Birrieria La Jefa - Fort Smith

I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt but I witnessed cross contamination. The person handling the money is also handing out the food and drinks. The cashier grabbed a container and put in in a bag after handling money. The cashier should be handling money and nothing else.

The food here is so fresh and authentic! The original Birria shop in town for Fort Smith! So good! Combo plate or Quesotacos are my go to! The Burrito was really good also and HUGE!!! They are open for the weekends Thursday Sunday, but worth the wait! The hot sauce has some zip! It?s a food truck so only a picnic table for eating but a park across the street with options for ya. Don?t sleep on the Aqua Fresca either!

Great food. The young woman working the window are rude with very few words. I hate when people stare at me and it looks like there is nothing in their souls. Just my opinion!

I visit this taco truck more than any other restaurant in Fort Smith, and I absolutely love their quesatacos—they're incredible! No matter what, they always hit the spot. I wouldn't consider going to another taco truck again; I almost go there every weekend! In my opinion, they're the best tacos ever.
