Domino's Pizza - Fort Smith

This restaurant can be quite inconsistent. When it gets it right, it's hands down the best fast food pizza in town. However, when it misses the mark, it's really disappointing. I once received an entire slice that had no cheese or sauce—just dry bread.

The sauce was quite sparse, the bread was as thin as pita, and the boxes often look like they’ve been delivered by a nostalgic early 2000s delivery guy—crushed from the top.

The service was terrible. I ordered a pizza at 11:15 PM and didn’t receive it until 1:00 AM. They really need to hire new staff for the night shift.

Had a problem, manager handled it no problemo, awesome customer service will have me ordering from here from now on. and if you haven’t had it, i would recommend a pan pizza with garlic alfredo sauce italian sausage and mushrooms

Love this domino's just needs more workers to help them with the amount of orders but other than that great customer service and food ?
