Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fort Smith

Absolutely amazing food and service. The visit from the city and the staff were friendly, friendly and even gave us some additional cookies and fries since it was our first time at Popeyes. Can't recommend this place enough. 11/10 I am looking forward to finding Popeyes home more often because of my visit.

Loved it. Mixed bucked of mild and spicy, Red Beans Rice, slaw and Mashed Potatoes. Excellent but not enough side qty to match the amount of chicken. 16 piece chicken, only enough sides for 3-4 people. Should have been twice as much sides.

The chicken was delicious but the mashed potatoes needs butter and salt, biscuits were good too and the staff was excellent

Did not take order in a timely manner. 15+ minutes at counter. Asked when they was going to take our order, the young girl claimed service was slow because people called in. 5 people working including manager, drive through nor busy. My first visit here.

I 'm going to start this off with I Totally understand the world we work in today,I 'm a manager of a restaurant as well. But the thing I don 't get is if we all are in the same thing why don 't we fix it with ourselves. I try everyday to be understanding. But this Popeyes is absolutely redulious the staff is rude and the manager April she needs a reality check. I won 't go into big details but when a customer as for a a side of sauce just give it to them don 't feel the need to argue. Once again we are all breathing the same air and we all bleed the same color book there is absolutely no need to be extra a be a B Absolutely horrible food customer service....never again will I spend 1 cent there.
