Applebee's Grill - Fort Wayne

I was not in a applebee’s in probably 5 years and wanted to try again. we arrived with only 3 people in our party and sat within 10 minutes. our server was fast to get our drinks and we were ready to order. we have quite simple things and we waited and waited and waited. Pur food lasted almost an hour to get out, and when it looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp in the last half an hour. we got the app sampler and the mozz sticks were soggy and limp, the Queensdaillas cheese was hard and dry, the cheese melted on the spin dip was crusty and came in 1 piece, and the boneless wings had a crust on the as they get when they sit under a heat lamp. the kartoffels were hard, how hard, and the children pizza was wet and teig. our server brought new kartoffels that were much better, but the whole experience was very strange. our server always said that he would check our eating, but never apologized for how long it took. they finished the children pizza to compensate for the terrible experience and ridiculous waiting time for eating. they curled the executions like no one was going to do, although hopefully their food was better. very unlikely to return.

I ordered a coors light design and the taste was terrible. a bottle ordered and noticed a great difference. also ordered a bacon cheeseburger, not a speck, but was charged for it. fries must have been made the day before. service was also not so hot. applebees has decreased as many places. they save their money and go somewhere else.

This was by far the worst experience I had at any applebee. I would dive with purpose, unless they only take children for chicken fingers or sit at the bar for margarita. Of course, the overall experience was ruined by the lack of kitchen competence and operations. at 6:30 a.m. our party didn't come about an hour. that had seized me because only a few tables were occupied. After our waiter quickly came to our drinks and we had to wait half an hour after taking our food order. the orders did not take any real skills or magic, but the kitchen staff managed to do it, everything except. you guessed. the chicken fingers and margaritas. sad when our eating finally arrived plates were cold, dry, slandered or simply tasteful and I am kind. not even the manager came to cheer or do something to entertain us and maintain our ghosts, he did not offer any excuse or from the book of the gastfreundschaft 101 a simple review of our table. the one star is for our waiter, who was great and did the best he could stand among the others. I could also complain some tables around us. read the reviews! Zero stars would not recommend!

Friendly and very efficient staff in the bar area where we always sit. The food is almost always prepared/cooked deliciously. I can honestly say there is only one time when my companion's chicken shrimp dish was totally covered in way too much seasoning that he could not eat it. We get that meal quite often and it only happened once We just put it in a box and took it home where he scraped everything off off it. We didn't say anything that time but we will specify next time to go easy on the seasonings. Pretty much everyone and anyone who has waited on us in the bar area has been exceptional, even when super busy. We love this location near Maysville Rd the best but also really like the north Lima Rd location. Thank you and keep it up!! You're obviously doing something right during this challenging time.

I would like to thank Sierra and the Applebee's crew, for the wonderful job they did today. My wife is sick and they did everything they could to make her day better. With a very heart felt thank you, you did make a difference in my wife's day.
