Arby's - Fort Wayne

The manager is fantastic, keeping the staff and customers happy. The bell rings multiple times for delicious food and excellent service. The music is good, and the employees have some great karaoke moments.

I don't understand why the dining room isn't open. Who wants to eat in their hot car? There should be a sign indicating that the dining room is closed.

I would never recommend ordering the Krinkle-Cut Fries for delivery. Every time they arrive, they are always cold and there is barely half a bottle left. This is the third and final time I will be ordering them.

This place is absolutely müll more. they wait for a long time to the window. wrong order, my order right to eat and then they say have a nice day. I have to ask for my drinks. then they come home to find that I paid 18 dollars for a double roast beef combination that did not even have a regular roast beef sandwich and the bark of my wife and cheaper meal less had 2 small pieces of frying beef and hardly a script of cheese. I tried to call and no one will answer the phone. I'll be newwr back to this place and wish I could give them a 0 star rating. always problems and then I was finally lost as a customer

Went thru drive-thru and had to pull ahead to wait for fresh fries. When order came, fries were half done, we weren't offered any condiments, no napkins in the bag and the person bringing out the food wanted to bum cigarettes off me. Worst experience I've ever had with Arby's and I will not be returning. I won't even mention the ice melted in five minutes and portions of the sandwich are half the size they used to be and twice the price. Wow... Hope he enjoys his cigarette.
