Best Subs around, there all very good! Staff is really friendly , welcomes you when you arrive! Sometimes there short staffed, but the employees they do have are great, hard workers! Management need to make sure it fully staffed to avoid making there employes do 3 people’s job!! Overall it’s a great place to eat!

Really good sandwich (hot, fresh). The people working are all very friendly. Building looks clean inside. The only negative thing is that it takes just slightly too long to get the food. It wasn't overly busy, but there were a couple online orders that came in. Hopefully, that's all it was.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I felt as though I had made a group of new friends. They shared with me that the proceeds from the restaurant go to support the families of firefighters who have been injured or lost their lives. It felt like more than just enjoying an excellent meal; I was also contributing to the families of these courageous individuals.

I used to really enjoy this place and came here often for the fireworks, but I'm no longer inclined to return. During my last three visits, they messed up my order each time. The first time, they made the completely wrong sandwich, and on the last two occasions, they added items to my sandwich that I had specifically requested to be left off. It seemed like the employees were more caught up in their own conversations than focused on getting the orders right, and they even used inappropriate language in front of customers. I'm not trying to be difficult, but the overall customer experience has really declined.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially since we arrived just a few minutes before closing. I truly believe I've never received better service here! The food was good and was served promptly.
