Potbelly - Fort Wayne

I visited the restaurant shortly before closing on Friday, and Tina took my order. She was fantastic! This was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! I will definitely be back and hope to see her again!

The food here is excellent, and the atmosphere is really nice. The staff is attentive and dedicated to making your dining experience enjoyable. Prices are reasonable for a sandwich shop, and the quality of the ingredients is impressive. The roast beef isn't overly salty, unlike some other places where it's just too salty for my taste.

The food and service here are outstanding. They have camel dishes on the menu, and you can choose between soup, half a salad, or a sandwich. The portion sizes are generous.

Unfortunately, this is the only Potbelly in the Fort Wayne area. I've been here several times and they were unfortunately close, even if the hours of the operation say they're back up. I understand that they are short staff and not their fault. Recently I could go earlier, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order with only two families before me. It's too long for fast food. Your online order is also not an option, so I cannot even get my order in advance. The inside seems like it's in the irray with boxes on the countertop. Regardless of the fact that the staff is friendly, I give them, but given the difficulty of quickly getting a quick food, I think I'll pass

The Steakhouse beef sub is really good,the Mac and cheese is awesome,the Oreo shake is good to. I came in at the lunch hour. Great customer service.
