Braum's Ice Cream Burger - Fort Worth

I typically would rate this restaurant five stars, but I’ve noticed a decline in customer service. During my last visit, there was an extremely long line, and when I opted for the drive-thru, I encountered a long wait there as well. Despite this, I still absolutely love the food and the fries.

I frequently use the drive-thru at this location for lunch, and they consistently get my order right. The food is fresh and tasty, and the staff is always friendly.

Braums has been a staple since my childhood. The food here, burgers or ice cream, is always good. Store is a ghost town during the day but the drive thru line is a mile long at night, it’s insane. Wish they had their ice cream flavors listed in the drivethru, and Braums needs to hop on the online ordering! Would be so much quicker.

Good food and good ice cream. Drive thru lady was very polite and concise.
