Store doesn't honor their posted hours. Has happened multiple times
Cleanliness is VERY questionable and the time i spent waiting in the long line allowed me to see the dead gnats from the day on their side of the counter, the scary waffle maker area that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time, and the dirty looking line waiting area. Also, my shake was all liquid.
Closed over an hr earlier than what is posted. A poorly written note let us know about winter hours
The girl who made my ice cream was sweet, can’t say that for her coworker. Idc if you’re having a bad day don’t bring it to your CUSTOMERS SERVICE job. The tip I left was for the young girl with the glasses.The ice cream was really good, I got a ice cream cone and I friend got a regular strawberry smoothie. I’ll be returning again to try something new
