Outback Steakhouse - Fort Worth

Just want to say the management just blew me away. Great customer service! I ordered a meal and the door dasher didn’t grab my appetizer I had ordered. I called the store to see if they could make it right and they said they could deliver it. I figured it would be another door dasher but it was a manager who had it to my house in only about 15 minutes to make things right! They’ve earned my business from now on! Thank you!

Steak was great but my sweet potato was rotted on one end . on top of that, it took forever to be ready . I ended up having to go inside get my own “curbside” order . go to a different location !

The service was fantastic an the food was all i can perfect no complaints at all will be going back . thanks outback you have made a customer .enjoyed our visit .an thank you again to our server i cant remember her name but 5 stars on the waitress

Dana was our waitress and she was very professional and knew what we wanted as we ordered and handled us with the extra care since we were both disabled a Patriots there to enjoy the birthday party for my BFF turned out to be a great celebration there Dana made it extra special

Staying locally we decided to try this restaurant, it was a busy Friday evening and after a short wait we were seated. The ribeye steak and sirloin steak were just ok, not outstanding but ok. Our server was not particularly friendly, we felt a bit rushed as we were asked if we wanted the dessert menu while still eating our steak. It wasn’t a bad experience but wasn’t a good one either.
