Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Food took an hour to reach my location. On top of the lane arrival, I only received 4 tenders instead of 6 on my Caniac combo.

I went to eat with my wife last Thursday. Next to us sat a lady who was complaining about her meal to a young lady cleaning the tables as soon as she opened the bag. She was upset at the portion of food in her Kids Meal… the employee explained that her Kids Meal only came with 2 strips and that amount of French fries. The upset lady kept complaining about her meal. The employee then asked the counter for a side order of French fries. She gave the French fries to the lady who ordered the kids meal. If I start to complain will I get free food at this location too? If you want a full meal then order a regular one not a kids meal!

After a long day and evening, we stopped by Canes for a late dinner at 12:55 AM. We attempted to greet the staff, even pulling up to the window, but no one bothered to acknowledge us. I’m very disappointed, and I found this behavior quite rude. If your closing time is advertised as 1 AM and there were two other vehicles ahead of us, it just doesn’t make sense. This Saginaw location gets two thumbs down from me.

Food is great when you 1) get the right food 2) get everything you order 3) the styrofoam is not completed melted 4) they close the lid so food doesn’t spill in the

Always good, but be sure to dine-in for the premium chicken experience. There 's fresh, and then there 's still glowing in the basket .
