Heya Bar - Fortitude Valley

I love this place. It’s a great bar and the food is so yum! The only negative was the fact that the waiter who brought our food to the table couldn’t tell us what dish he had which made it difficult to determine who had what. Especially when some of the guests had vegan meals.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and it doubles as a great comedy spot. I enjoyed the beef ramen noodles and plan to return for chow Tuesday. Make sure to try a variety of items from the menu, share some dishes, and enjoy a good laugh!

The food at this restaurant was pretty good, especially the Karaage chicken which was delicious. It had a little bit of spice, but still enjoyable. However, the highlight of the experience was the exceptional service. The waiter who took our orders was very funny and took great care of us throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning just for the fantastic service!

I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger spring rolls at this restaurant. They may be a bit expensive at $5, but the flavors were unique, featuring a smoky cheeseburger taste encased in a crispy shell. The atmosphere of the bar is relaxed and the booths are perfect for enjoying drinks with friends. I will definitely be coming back!

Heyabar is a funky American style bar that oddly serves Asian style food, but I'm ok with that because it provides for a unique setting with great food. We tried the cheeseburger spring rolls after the waiter suggested it, lucky we did because I loved them. The sauce to go with them was on point! The gyoza whist fresh and texturally great, could do with some more seasoning though. <br/ <br/ The highlight of the meal though, was the ribs... Wow. The meat was tender, and covered in a sticky sweet sauce and topped with fresh chilli. Just, amazing... And only $26!! Do yourself a favour and try them...
