Sipps Eatery - Fountain Hills

My friend and I went here for lunch. I was happy to find they had gluten free bread and I was able to order a sandwich. It was fairly basic, but had lots of turkey and was quite good. My friend chose the salad and it was just OK. I feel like they could have a couple better salad options on the menu without much effort or cost. We got berry tea and it was delicious. It was very clean inside and had dog friendly seating outside since I had my dog with me we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day.Vegetarian options: SaladDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available. Had an excellent lunch. High quality food! Myself, mother and son had a lovely lunch here today. Very impressed and gutted we didn't know you were here sooner!! We will be back!!

They have the best tuna melt I've ever had. I've been here 4 times and I keep thinking I'm going to try something else, but I can't. Staff are so welcoming.

Love that it's convenient to Fountain Hills... service is personable, but you should view it more as coffee shop versus a full menu breakfast shop.

Great sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Good coffees and iced teas. Met who I believe is the owner and was the nicest guy ever. Service is also always great, cute little shop.
