Oh the best, weekly sushi Friday for me and my wife. If you sit at the bar, Tony will take care of you, a great hidden roll, the cilantro roll, wife loves it. I love the Chidori roll but with tuna on top. The sauce for it is amazing. Big thanks Tony!!!

Shopping at Costco eating all the free junk samples of food when it occurred to me CHIDORI is only a few steps away. This place is amazing and everything on the menu is always delicious. I had another delicious meal ordering a few sushi rolls . I 'm full and now I 'm going back to Costco and I won 't be eating anymore samples.

The rolls were pretty good. Smaller portions than your typical sushi spot . The service was quick and polite.

This spot has been around for years in the same plaza as Costco Fountain Valley. I've always passed by it and finally tried it for the first time a couple years ago. Came here about 3 times since then and I always order the scorpion roll (spicy tuna with avocado on top with a chili oil drizzle) which never disappoints. Tried a couple other rolls and the hamachi kama (yellowtail collar) which also hit the spot. The owners and staff are friendly and attentive. The prices are fair considering the quality of the fish. All in all, I would say this place is a local gem for some good casual sushi.
