El Pollo Loco - Fountain Valley

The restaurant has only one staff member attending to all customers, which leads to long wait times for placing orders and receiving food. I appreciate them checking my bag before I left, but unfortunately, my sauces were missing. Be sure to request utensils, napkins, and even salt and pepper, as they are no longer provided automatically like they used to be. Additionally, I noticed that some employees seemed more focused on their conversations than helping customers who were waiting to be served. While the food remains good, the service definitely needs to be evaluated more closely.

Let's get the salsa bar back. What happened to the chicken at the elevated price pollen bowl combo? Redded chicken instead of scrap and much less.

That was one of the better days for lunch. Chicken was moist and not overcooked. I liked 2 salad dresses, but they said they were low and could only offer 1. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Nice and hot. Daughter that takes avocado salad to work with the extra corn and crush a baton. Yay, lunch for tomorrow

Their birria tacos are dry, lack flavor, and are overpriced. They seem to be made with less care, making them not worth the money. You can find much tastier birria tacos from reputable taco trucks for nearly half the price. However, their grilled chicken is still quite good, so it's best to stick with that to get your money's worth.
