Was told the all American club I could not get the double cheese as advertise by adding pickles to the sandwich or I would have to be charged for the bacon and cheese. This is indicative of poor training and/or management. I also had to ask and was not informed until I brought it up, in which the sandwich artist then stated that. This location has a high turnover of employees and it always seems employees are not interested in providing a good experience. They are unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.
