Subway Sandwiches Salads - Fowlerville

I absolutely adore this Subway location. I intentionally pass by another Subway just to order from the one inside Walmart, where Natasha is the only person I trust to make my sandwich. She is incredibly efficient and always goes above and beyond. Natasha even remembers my favorite toppings and how I like my sub prepared. This Subway is the cleanest one I have ever visited.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I usually don't write reviews, but the manager, Natasha, was awful. She was constantly on her phone and barely paying attention at the register. I had to ring a bell just to get her to notice me. She was hostile and angry for no reason, when all I wanted was to order a sub.

.poor customer service and attention to detail i...payed 13 something for a foot-long Steak Baja sub....i cried and let her know that I did not receive extra steak...but got a foot long ham and cheese, but only needed a 6 inch.. Natasha was her name To tell me she trained a new girl on the melts and she put extra steak ..i should be happy, she looked over the 6 in ham and cheese and hung up... very rude. I just wanted what I ordered. I have many complaints about Natasha-Rudeness from other choice, not listen to Gossip... my Mistake.

I just wanted to eat something for my daughter and was completely ignored by all staff. Very strange. She even saw us. Three times. Thank you. Very rude. (Customer Service contacted me. I change this post to 5 stars for quick reaction to my problem. Edit soon.
