Repeated my order 3 times and she still got it wrong...never again

I ordered 2 ice cream cakes for a baby shower and they really exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Polar Bear and actually had her design a penguin cake and they were adorable. They even made me a third cake that looked like it came from frozen to make sure we had enough for everyone. All my guests were delighted to see how cute they were and didn't want to spoil them by cutting the cakes! They were delicious! Everyone wanted to know where we bought the cakes and I was happy to let them know. Thank you so much.

Absolutely disappointing. I've never encountered an adult in this establishment; it seems to be entirely run by poorly trained teenagers. Pralines and cream? Sorry, we're out. Brownies? Out of stock as well. Hot fudge? You guessed it—out. The employee who was serving me scooped my ice cream, then abruptly stopped to take a drive-through order, leaving my ice cream melting on the counter for seven minutes before returning without saying a word. Save yourself both the money and the frustration, and get your ice cream somewhere else.

The orders are consistently incorrect, and the service is terrible. Every time we place an order, they either don't have what we requested or they send us the wrong item.

Terrible experience! The young lady working today informed me that they haven't had Hot Fudge in nearly a year, and they also ran out of spoons. What a disappointment! This is the worst Baskin Robbins I’ve ever visited!
