Dunkin' Donuts - Framingham

The two employees at this restaurant are hardworking young men! They were incredibly attentive and polite, making me wish I lived nearby so I could visit this location more often. Despite being busy, they maintained a friendly demeanor and apologized for any delays. The customer service was outstanding. I also appreciate how kind they were to my puppy! They truly deserve a raise!

If Robert Davis is on shift, consider yourself fortunate! His exceptional customer service and cheerful demeanor are truly unmatched. If you're in a hurry, he will ensure you're helped promptly, leaving you pleased and content. He certainly brightened my day, as well as the days of several others! Thank you, Rob. The vanilla chai I had wasn't the best I've ever tried. Although it was prepared fairly quickly and the cleanliness of the establishment was impressive, I was taken aback by the manager yelling at the staff in front of us. It left me wondering if they had hired someone who struggles with people skills.
