Kilwin's Of Frankfort

Purchased candy that was stale. Owner refused refund 5 minutes after purchase. Argued candy was within code and tasted hard because it was cold. Lol. Left a snarky response to my google review. I'm glad his business model of arguing with customers works for him.

$12 for a strawberry shake? They have lost many customers with those high prices.

I Waited 10 minutes to get a Caramel apple. I walked out because all 4 employees were scooping ice cream instead of have 1 of the 4 employees working the fudge counter. Very disappointed because I live about an hour from Frankfort

The ice cream is delicious!! I got the dulce de leche on a waffle cone!! And a few souvenirs for my in laws!

The treats at this Kilwins location were delicious and reasonably priced compared to other locations I have visited. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I would definitely recommend trying this place out.
