ANNEX Karen is the best! She's one of the reasons I always come back.5 stars for Karen. 2. Good food. Good coffee. 3. Sometimes they don't use the provided pager and don't scream loud enough to be heard in a busy restaurant, so the food can get cold while you wait until the pager goes out according to your name. (That you may not hear)

Yum! They never disappoint. The new double bread bowl is AMAZING and more than enough to share. The staff was friendly and quick with our order.

I love the atmosphere and Ambience of Panerai bread I also love the many selections that they have there and the freshness of the foods that I have eaten

Went through the drive-thru this morning and got the four breakfast sandwich deal. We've never had any of them so we were looking forward to trying them. Unfortunately 3 out of the 4 were missing some of the ingredients they were supposed to come with. The Egg White, Spinach, Tomato, and Avocado had no avocado and TONS of spinach. The Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich was missing the cheese. And the Bacon Egg and Tomato wrap was missing the sauce. With a 10 minute wait after sitting at the window for 3-4 minutes, I would've thought they'd come out correct. They were good, but it would be nice to try them when made correctly.

My first time coming I was disappointed. I asked for a bagel which they didn’t have so they offered another flavor but I had asked for butter and cream cheese and I got neither.
