Starbucks - Frankfort

I love Starbucks! Tho I do wish you could get more rewards on Starbucks app like every month or so. Like if you have a Starbucks account with a Starbucks card add, you could get like a free drink every month or so.

Caution! Google Maps directs you to the area behind the shipping center, which leads to a dead end. I'm writing this in November 2015, and currently, this Starbucks is obstructed by construction. I'm unsure if it's even open at the moment. However, this is just a temporary situation, so I expect access will improve in a few months.

I’m giving this restaurant one star, primarily due to the behavior of a blonde employee. She was extremely rude and didn’t acknowledge us, even though she could clearly see us, until we had to ask her a question multiple times. When she finally responded, her attitude was still disrespectful. It seemed like she was unhappy or frustrated with her work. If you’re not enjoying your job, it’s not fair to take it out on the customers.

The blonde woman who appeared to be the manager today (8/1) was quite rude and seemed unsure of what she was doing. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but she handed me a cold foam cold brew instead and acted as if I was the one at fault when I pointed out the mistake. On a positive note, the girl who was in training was very nice. However, it's frustrating that every time I visit this Starbucks, the same blonde lady is consistently rude.

They had a new guy... he was shaking but he did everything right from what i could see during lunch rush he was fast too loved it
