This Subway is clean, has friendly staff, and quick service. The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the customer service was terrible. The server was incredibly rude to both my companion and me, which we did not appreciate at all. She seemed to have a bad attitude for no apparent reason and became visibly annoyed when we were simply trying to place our order.
They do not honor coupons at this location! If we had known prior to stopping, we would not have gone. The workers do not know how to make the sandwiches on the menu and it's too loud in there for them to hear what you want on the sandwich. The prices have also gone up while the quality has only gone down.
The next day at lunch, I brought my receipt as requested and went in for the replacement. However, the supervisor began reprimanding me on how to properly order a BLT and insisted that they would only replace it once. I felt belittled and blamed for their error, as if I had not communicated my order correctly. I explained that if I wanted only bacon, I would have specified that, but a BLT should inherently include lettuce and tomato. As a customer, I believe it is the restaurant's responsibility to accurately fulfill orders. I have frequented this Subway location numerous times, not for the service but for the sandwiches. However, the staff could benefit from better understanding American customer satisfaction. I was disappointed to be treated disrespectfully and scolded for a mistake that was not mine. I did not appreciate being pressured into an argument before receiving compensation for their error. If I had known that I would have to confront them for basic customer service, I would have accepted the loss and taken my business elsewhere.
