Ground - Franklin

Visited Ground while in town from Texas. First thing that stood out is there probably needs to be a “order here” sign or something pointing to the back where the tablet is to order. We had a group of 7 plus 2 toddlers so one of the employees took our order instead of us figuring out the tablet. With the amount of people coming in and food being prepped fresh, the 2 employees working did a great job of kicking out orders. I ordered the 4-Alarm Fire Burger cooked medium. The cook actually cooked it to medium and not medium well like they come standard so props to him there. The burger was good, good flavor and fresh toppings. The tator tots were fried just right, nice and crispy just a little heavy on the salt. The spicy ranch just seemed a little strange to me. It was really thick and seemed more like a spread than a dipping sauce for the tots and had an over seasoned taste to it. All in all everything was good.

Only bad thing I can say about the place was there ordering process. I walked in sat down none of the employees said anything too me and a customer walked up too our table and informed us that we had to go up there too use kiosk too order.

I had read that the Burgers are great and they did not disappoint. However, I was surprised that you had to go to a tablet and order yourself. Okay, I guess that's the new normal.

When we want a burger THIS IS OUR PLACE. Four Alarm Burger, fries (extra crispy) and side ground salad are all fantastic. However when we went Thursday 9/28 the cooks produced some outstanding food! Thanks again guys! You rocked it!!

Beat burger place in middle TN. And I’ve tried most of them! You will not be disappointed.
