Hardee’s - Franklin

I ordered food and they gave me the wrong food. I pulled up to inform them that they gave me the wrong order. The manager threatened to call the police on me because I told them that I would not move until I had gotten my order. I will never go to this place because the manager acted like he was prejudice

Ordered crab cake.... two big cakes full of stuffing. no crab meat. more celery than crab meat... they need help....

Drive through took preference over inside. No one took my order. Not coming

Store closes at 10 according to this website and they are extremely rude and would not respond at the drive thru pull around there was a white guy working there who was extremely nasty about telling me they were closed. At 9:30pm.

Franklin Va Hardee's service and atmosphere is horrible. The individuals don't want to be there and they make it known to the customers. Their attitudes are rude and unacceptable, between the nails, eyelashes and braids swinging around food; The Health Department need to pay them a visit, that's right it a small town and nobody cares!!!
