Mcalister's Deli - Franklin

Absolutely disgusting. I loved going to this location, but ever since there’s been new management. It’s been going downhill. Serves curse and managers let if happen. What kind of establishment allows that kind of behavior? Will not be

Really good sandwiches. Staff is short of help and the prices are stupid high so only a stop with some type of deal.

Apparently the McAlister’s in Cool Springs is under new management. They are cutting back on toppings and sauces … if you request a normal amount … you will be charged … there was hardly any chicken on the potato and I had to pay 55 cents for an additional chipotle sauce for my baked potato … that’s after spending $32 for two to dine. I asked for a refill on my strawberry lemonade and there was an extra cost for the strawberry puree they pump into the drink. They are going to tarnish what is normally a great dining experience.

Very expensive for awful food. Left our plates practically untouched.

Ordered french dip and after 30 minutes (not busy at all) finally got cold sandwich, cold au jus. Just wanted to eat and go home after long day at work.
