Little Caesars Pizza - Franklin Park

Ordered a hot and finished cheese. 5 minutes waiting because they're out, it happens. Get pizza, go home. It was *not* a hot and ready cheese, but a mushroom and sauce. What I can't eat. Not sure how you're so fucked, but it's not worth the gas going back and fixing it.

Rude. Took my order over the phone went to pick up and it wasn?t in system. So instead of being polite and helping us the girls rolled eyes and were very rude. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food

I waited about 45 minutes just for a cheese pizza and stuff bread and the the stuffed breads were really small and had very little cheese inside if I could give 0 stars I would

Had the perfect experience! A guy I haven?t seen before took care of me, he was awesome! Friendly fast and experienced, barely had to wait for the best tasting and best made pizza I ever got from there! I even got his name, Peter. Hope to see him on my next visit! Can?t wait until the craving for pizza wings and breadsticks hit ?

Wow! The change is here!!!! The store had a change in ownership. The pizza quality has gone up and the manager and assistant manager are amazing!!!!! The young gentleman Assistant manager puts a smile on anyone's face!!! His tact is off the charts. He is also proud of his job and you can see it by the do diligence he gives his position. The GM was there today and he you can feel the heart of service in him. Listened to me taking time out . The manager that is a female is very sincere and shows great concern for customers and I know that the two make an incredible duo and that they will lead their team to victory. You really should try this place again with this new management, I'm sure your stars will rise up, cause in this moment that's where they are headed in service !
