Lane's Chicken Seafood - Franklinton

I did pickup. It was ready exactly when they said it would be. I love the fried catfish. It was not fried hard. The season was a little bit spicy but not too hot. I was able to eat it even though I have a sensitive mouth. I love their tarter sauce, which is really good, and I always get an extra one because it is so good. The catfish filets are very thick, which is my favorite. The sweet potato fries are wonderful, fried just right. They have great fried chicken also it is better than any I have ever eaten. Their Sweet Tea is so good you will want to get an extra one so you don't run out. I love this place so much that I wish I could eat from there every day. The employees are so nice and friendly. They make sure your order is right and hot and fresh every time. They make sure you have enough condiments you need. They always make sure to give me a drink holder so it is easy to get home without any spills.

Hate to be negative, drive thru only, no menu sign. Asked at the window and cashier tells me there menu is being updated and she has none.....um ok, bye can't order if I don't know what you have.

Product is always fresh workers are friendly . everything is wonderful

Unorganized, sent in my order at approx. 11:15 Went to pick up at 11:45. No one had even checked their new ordering system didn't even know I was waiting! Finally at 12:10 they made my order.The buger was fantastic, onion rings are to die for.To be fair, the ordering system was new but think I might wait a bit before going back

The waitress who took our order was very friendly, despite being short-staffed, and the food was fantastic.
