The Corner Pantry - Frankston South

Not your average run-of-the-mill cafe you find on the peninsula; American burgers, Mexican dishes and great coffee! Would recommend to anyone if you want to try something off the beaten path. Now my go to place to get coffee in Mt Eliza!

Walked up the road to the Corner Cafe for brunch. A nice location; a well presented little establishment with good service. I had a stack of pancakes with bacon, eggs and hollandaise sauce.....very nice. Generally speaking, food was pretty well priced, with the exception of the additional 'sides'. My wife had the bacon and eggs. She asked for a side of tomato. Half a medium sized tomato was presented on the plate.....$3.50! Really? My recommendations:To the cafe - pop the other half of the tomato on the plate or, drop the price of the sides a little.To customers - There is plenty to like about this place on a sunny Sunday morning. Great for breakfast, lovely to be able to walk from home to the cafe and sit outside in the sun with our dog. We have also been to their wednesday/thursday night 'burger nights' which were delicious, and can't wait to try friday night tapas.

I had the most amazing steak sliders and pork sliders here! The best I have ever eaten, and I have eaten a few. Price was reasonable and the staff were friendly. I will be coming back!

Went yesterday with my partner for a spot of lunch. There were two staff members on, both friendly and laughing together it was so refreshing to see happy workers! The chef created simple, yet wholesome and delicious food that left us content and the woman made the most amazing coffee on the peninsula to top it off! Congratulations on this small business for a brilliant experience, we are your new regulars!
