Honors. The service is attentive and discreet, the girls are friendly as well as knowledgeable. The food and menu is refined, innovative, but also local. Nice, simple environment with great effect. Very beautiful place inside, capable of transmitting an excellent atmosphere of tranquility and peace, thanks also to its location away from the frenetic city. The menu does not have a wide choice but you immediately notice the refinement of the dishes offered. My choice fell on the Tuscan Reginelle with roe deer ragù with juniper butter and dark chocolate, very good with an excellent balance of ingredients and the veal heart with currants and red onion, also very good with a soft interior and a crunchy crust on the outside. Very kind, friendly and elegant staff available to help with the choice of wines and dishes. Definitely recommended experience. Stunning place, tastefully furnished interior. Intimate atmosphere and very pleasant background music. For lovers of natural wines it is the restaurant where you can come and discover that the food is also at a higher level. The girl in the room whose name we don't know but who recommended amazing wines that met our tastes was very good (as well as being kind and professional). Highly recommended!
