Bidra med feedbackThe food was extremely disappointing. Having visited Sicily and the mainland, I can confidently say that their Margherita pizza is nowhere near the authentic experience of Italy. It was more like a piece of bread topped with Genovese tomatoes and garlic. Honestly, even that would taste better and be much cheaper. A local pizzeria could offer a Margherita for half the price, with a hundred times more flavor and authenticity. The other two entrees were just as bad. The lobster ravioli came with no sauce, and the chicken was as hard as a hockey puck. The food was truly awful—horrible, really. I strongly advise against going there; you will just be ripped off!
While I'm accustomed to spending around $12 to $15 for an Italian meal, I gladly paid a bit more at Carrabba's. I really enjoy the ambiance there, and the service is consistently excellent. The food is fantastic, and I particularly love the bread and dipping oil served upon arrival. I've visited the Carrabba's in Frazier about four or five times now, and it has become my favorite restaurant. It's definitely worth the extra $5 and the half-hour drive to get there.
