Usually you have a decent experience with RR, but I was shocked by this. Drive through the shield and it says customer review week dily offers (should say daily, not dily I go to drive thru. I'll notify the employees that the sign is missing. I asked about (1 free chicken wing in return, but they denied this request. In addition, they have something to do about the sign. They managed to spell the customer appreciation correctly, but it seems like a lie to me. I don't blame the employees at all. This had to be 100% a decision.

Love the bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough bread. Good food at a good price and the drive thru attendant is always super friendly.

Memories of my childhood. Chicken with as as good as I remembered!

Horrible service. Had to go back several times before getting food order correct. So called manager Tristan gets defensive regarding error and staff definitely did not care.

Great Roy Rogers. My daughter and I always stop here when in Frederick. Good food and great staff. They made mashed potatoes early for my daughter. Thank you!
