Panera Bread - Fredericksburg

In fairness, I didn't actually go in to this Panera. On the site and in Google Maps it looks like an actual Panera, but once you get there it's actually inside a Residence hall. Just wanted to make people aware of it before they try to get in.

Ordered for delivery multiple items turkey sandwich comprise no turkey, lettuce, red onion or tomatoe. No one answers the phone multiple calls no response

I don't come here often to get food after classes. But when I do it doesn't disappoint! The staff members are very nice and I know that they're working very hard. Especially when they have rushes.

Food quality is fine. It seems like every time I go, there 's one lady that tries to say that you aren 't missing half of your order when you are. I had to pull my receipt out today just to show her and she acted like she was being all polite giving me free food when I payed for it. If there was better customer service, it 'd be 1000 times better.

Food is usually good but takes forever. Not as many options as regular Panera. The bagels are tasty but very stale. I’m talking hurts-my-teeth stale.
