Sushi Kola - Fredericksburg

It seems like the positive reviews might be from quite some time ago. This restaurant used to have a good reputation, but now you're paying a premium for poor food and unwelcoming service. All of the hot dishes were served cold, and the sushi contained barely any fish at all. You might as well go to a $11.99 buffet since the quality is about the same. I wouldn't recommend this place. Food rating: 1/5.

It's also not suitable for individuals with salt restrictions.

I called over the waitress, who apologized and offered to replace my meal, but I declined. I asked to speak to the manager instead. The manager ended up giving me a discount, but I felt that my meal should have been taken off the bill entirely. To make matters worse, the manager never came to our table to address the situation. Most professional managers would check in personally to apologize or understand the issue, but not this one. I didn't see the manager at all; they just sent the waitress with a discount. I was really looking forward to enjoying my meal here, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. I will never eat here again—so disgusting! I urge everyone to check their food when dining out. This happened on a Saturday, July 29, 2023.

This is a good place. The food is above average, decor is fair, very clean, but the service is quite excellent. The price is very fair if you are a sushi fan. The entrees are very tasty. My kids enjoyed the sushi very much. At $23 per adult, it is kinda/sorta a bargain. We will visit again.Parking: Big parking lot.

Great dinner stop. Sushi was good and all came out quickly. Service was friendly and attentive. Definitely live up to the all you can eat, and a large selection to choose from.Food: 5/5
