Taco Bell - Fredericksburg

Service was nice and the restaurant was clean. My husband doesn't eat red meat so I always order chicken tacos. It cost a little more but worth it because he loves taco Bell. Other places he gets sick from the cross contamination but not at Taco bell????Good job TB

I came to the drive thru around 9:30pm today. I had great customer service and my order was correct. Everyone used their manners from the speaker box all the way the window.

The ladder was rough. the staff was friendly, only the supervisor was rude. she was angry at my choice to change the tacos and even when I told her my fries were soggy her excited again and reluctantly gave me new fries. Moreover, I informed her personal that my taco shoes on my tacos were all cold and not good they did nothing about it. I was more concerned about the complaint than I did not even offer an apology. others were and were very friendly

The food was good that you got it in time, was worth the stop

I literally just left out of the drive through and they are the most respectful Taco Bell I have ever been to. LEO WAS SO KIND! (definitively deserves a promotion/raise They were so respectful and handled my food fantastically.. The manager was also very respectful when I called to get Leo?s name. If there is anyone important from Taco Bell higher up corporate reading this. These people need to be recognized. They are fantastic. The drive through is completely full and they still had such a positive attitude. I loved it! Great job! I hope they keep up the good work! :
