Taco Tuesday - Fredericksburg

Taco Tuesdays is a taco truck that makes an appearance in several locations throughout the week just make sure you are keeping up with their social media, as they post their spots on Monday in the A.M.! The menu offers tacos with your choice of meat (steak, chicken, carnitas, shrimp, or chorizo), tacodillas, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, fries (cheese fries, carne asada fries), bowls, and even pupusas. They also feature birria tacos on certain days. You are welcome to customize your order, as the toppings they have available are onions, cilantro, tomatoes, lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream. We came here for a later lunch and ordered the following: +shrimp tacos the shrimp were large and of a generous amount; they were fresh and juicy, and had a nice marinade to them; great with the mild tomatillo salsa that you can request, as it comes with pico de gallo and a cilantro crema +steak tacos opted for only chopped onions; the steak was good +birria tacos definitely super cheesy, and the beef was super tender and fell apart; it had good flavor; the consommé was one of the better ones I've had! +steak burrito I liked that the tortilla was lightly pan fried; however, it had way too much rice, and the refried beans were super runny Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and currently, they are cash only. There are some picnic tables to enjoy your meal before you go, as well as portable John next to the truck. The trash bag is in the rear of the truck. So for teacher appreciation week our school bought us Taco Tuesday truck food. It was bomb. I had the chicken bowl. They fill the container up with rice. Delicious chicken and all the toppings.

I went for the first today for lunch. The food was delicious we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Wonderful tacos and burritos. They sell tamales that are really great, but those are not an everyday item. Their truck sets up near my neighborhood, which makes them a convenient lunchtime visit.

Ordered food for my family they did not give me one of my kids food then when my wife called had some bs story. Worst people to deal with and very rude never get any thing from them again and will tell every one I know not to go to there food truck
