Texas Roadhouse - Fredericksburg

I have the legendary margarita. was too sweet. hardly taste any alcohol. had it re make with less acidic mix. it was much better. steak was tender, wels hot. will come back

Visited 6-6-22 The grilled chicken was dry because it was over cooked. After I added the salad dressing it tasted better. The salad does not come with pickles or red onions I added that. The to go rolls comes with four in the bag sweet butter. Tasty. The BBQ sauce on the ribs were average. Customer service was great both days. I spoke to a manager on 6/7/22 and she offered for them to make the salad again. Thanks Ms. Sam

Not the best Texas Roadhouse I've been to but not the worst either. Other places use name tags at the bar, but not this place. Sat at the bar, service was good, He was stretched pretty thin but was on top of it the whole way without being frazzled. It was busy for 11:20 on a Saturday afternoon. The baked potato was good, Caesar Salad had no brown leaves, it was fairly cold and ok maybe the pieces were a little large, but no issues really. The rolls were hot and fresh. I got the ribs, full rack. Portion size was very generous, I could only eat half. Flavor was ok, but slightly off compared to my experiences at other TRH's. But the meat was tender and fall off the bone. good value for $21.00. Had a couple Sam Adams seasonal beers, and the selection at all TRH's is pretty limited, and while not a rip-off, not the best beer prices in town either. Overall enjoyable and would come back again. I traveled through the Carolina's for work last week and ate at a Texas Road House every night for three nights in a row. Jacksonville NC was by far the best across the board while Fayetteville was the worst. This place falls somewhere in between.

We had a late family lunch here yesterday. Arrived at 1 PM, lunch crowd had cleared, and we were seated immediately. Food was pretty good, service very good (very friendly and helpful servers). Food was delivered fairly quickly and hot. Good spot for a late lunch!

Came in around 6pm and had a hour wait which is fine for a Friday night. Wasn't the fastest service I've had here but he was decent. Food was good as always.
