Maxwell's Steak Seafood - Fredericton

We enjoyed a nice, relaxing and delicious evening in Maxwell's last week. This was our first visit, since Maxwell revised his format for steak and seafood. We found the menu completely with the right selection of appetizers and entrées to our wishes. My lamb frame was delicate, tasty and cooked to medium-sized perfection. We told our charming and very efficient server, Teresa, that we weren't in a hurry and they took our pace perfectly. Your wine and menu suggestions have been appreciated. We picked up the evening with a special Maxwell coffee. Wonderful! And it was so nice to find a restaurant where the surrounding noise was controlled. What is happy to be able to speak without screaming. We'll be back.

We had a great meal with excellent service. Expect to pay a premium price for professional service and exceptional food. Our server was friendly, prompt and professional in his demeanour. The meal exceeded our expectations from the beginning to the end. Portion sizes were beyond our expectations and the quality of the food was no longer. We will go back for another celebration and know that we will have another amazing experience.

Excellent experience with Maxwell's steak and seafood!! From the beginning of the meal until we went out the door our server (rene) was absolutely amazing! He helped combine the perfect meal with the right wine, returned regularly to check us out, gave us pointers to see in the areas in the city and even gave us a local history lesson. Especially when the food was perfect. It was one of the best meals I had in a restaurant. I will be back and recommend this restaurant!

The quality of food speaks well for this facility: beef carpaccio is fresh and thin cut. Steak was rarely on site. The service was quite satisfactory.

Wow! This restaurant had such amazing food and the service was excellent!! The house pasta was fresh and comparable to the pasta of Micheline star Chefs in Florence! The crème brûlée was also lovely. All at an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Fredericton and will be back soon!!
