Bidra med feedbackI've ordered them from work several times and have had them deliver through GrubHub. Yes, at times the food took a little longer than expected (maybe 5-10 minutes late), but there have been times where their food has been super quick (I work on Rosemont). Amazing food! The chicken and steak quesadillas are a meal themselves, but everything on the menu is worth a try. My favorite are the burritos and tacos but I love everything they make. My go-to when I am in the mood for Tex-Mex/Mexixan cuisine. I have yet to eat in their actual establishment, but hands down great food.
I just want to start off by saying that I work at a local restaurant and I am probably the most sympathetic person when a restaurant or server makes a mistake. With that being said, this has to be the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with management anywhere, ever. I ordered delivery through their website on May 5th, it was pretty late at night but it honestly did not register that they were probably swamped due to it being cinco de mayo. We still got a confirmation and an estimated time when the delivery would arrive. Fast forward to 10:30 at night, no food, no phone calls, no knocks on the door. We were upset and tried to call but they were closed. We pretty much said forget it and went and grabbed taco bell. We were looking through our statements and we were charged. Obviously I called and after alot of difficulty finally speaking with a man who called himself the owner, Idk if that was true or not. He sounded arrogant and not how I would expect and assume an owner of an establishment to conduct themselves. He told me he had the receipts and statements right in front of him, that I did order through grubhub, the driver knocked and called my phone multiple times. So I was a no show customer he said he could offer me the charged amount In food, no refund, because according to Frederick law he could not issue a refund after 15 days. I asked the owner of my restaurant if that was true and he said he has never heard of anything like that. I told the owner that I ordered through their website, not grubhub and he told me no I didn 't, that they did not have a website and I could only order through grubhub. So I called grubhub, just to cover my tracks. No order history on that date or even anywhere near it. Worst customer service I have EVER recieved. First review I have ever written on any business, ever it 's seriously disappointing that I 'm having to go to this much trouble over 24$

Definitely a no frills tequeria. Ordered one of each taco and I expected, well more but they came with just the meat and the tortilla and some side salsa. it was still tasty!
