Mateo's - Freehold

Every single time I am visiting the in laws in Freehold I suggest food from Mateo's. Their pizzas are delicious, their upside is beyond legit, and their vodka sauce is outstanding. My wife and mother in law love their arugula avocado salad (wife adds grilled chicken and mother in law adds salmon). Their pepperoni garlic knots, and regular knots, are usually on point and their Buffalo chicken panini is great as well. To top it all off, the employees are always so pleasant and the vibe inside is always great. If you are gonna eat in, it is byo so go and enjoy!

The best catered big sandwiches breaded chicken and Italian sub are delicious. Pizza is great too. In my opinion, it’s the best in the area! We cater from them frequently and everyone always asks where the food is from because it’s DELICIOUS!

They provide a great service and their meals are excellent... my favorite pizza is the upside down, the best I've ever had.... 5 stars!

I'm officially stolen. The food is magnificent. Traditional flavors and taste. Fresh everything, large portion size . It smelled so good and the Garlic bread delicious. Manja at Mateos

Worst pizza! I’ve watched the cook touch money, his nose and then touches the Pizza. I’ve noticed cockroaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. Last time I ate there the food tasted old and I got sick from it. Please stay away from this restaurant.
