After traveling 5 hours for a tournament, my son and I were unable to sleep due to loud partying going on directly across from our room. Despite security addressing the issue after 2 hours, the partying continued for another hour and a half until I had to call again. The security eventually told them to move to the parking lot, but by then it was too late for us to get any sleep. We were not satisfied with our stay at this hotel as none of us were able to sleep after a long journey. Additionally, when we realized we had left a shave kit behind and asked for it to be sent to us, the staff refused. The employees at this hotel were unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The hotel stay was awful. I was there last night for my sister's birthday, and our room had no air conditioning on a day in August when it was 101°F. It wasn't just our room, the whole side of the hotel felt stuffy. Our room (room 101) smelled like old wet ashtrays and was very humid. The bed linen was dirty with orange stains and felt damp due to the high humidity. If I had known this place was such a dump, I would have stayed up all night and driven home after the celebration. Instead, I left the room at 4:30 a.m. because I couldn't sleep in the heat and due to my allergies to smoke. I was told by the receptionist (Stephanie) that a manager (Samantha Bondi) would contact me regarding my complaints, but I have not received any calls or emails yet (not surprised). I will be reaching out about this terrible experience.

I can say the room, especially the beds, were very comfortable. visited here a high time and reception and then stayed overnight. hotel was very good and I would recommend this situation if they only wish a hotel room, however, I and my friend were disappointed by certain aspects of the reception. waiting for a drink at the bar was an adventure because there was only one bartender. the food was fine and was only lukewarm. the high-time benefits were excreted after at least half the participants, why were they not on the tables when we arrived. the couple cut the cake and then it was way too long to serve for everyone. only not impressed by this part of the stay and I am glad that I was not paid for what was best under reasonable service, eating, etc.

Very unprofessional they completely messed up my room block overcharged and refused to offer any assistance. Be very careful when dealing with group bookings trust me when I tell you they don't abide by the customer is always right.
