Nautilus Cafe - Freeport

I love the restaurant, the location. I have bought many friends with me over the years, but lately it seems to me that there is a lack of servers. On Sunday our server took our orders, but never saw it again until the food was served. My friend had to stand up to ask the young men the water for a cup of coffee. in all justice, food is always good.

What else to say? It is a pleasure to eat at Nautilus anytime. Food, service and ambience are all great. It's my favorite restaurant and I'm grateful that I discovered it years ago and introduced so many friends this year. Excellent! Msgr. Battalion

Great culinary experience in every way; Eating excellent, attentive service, decor perfect for a seafood restaurant steak and prime rib excellent also). Our favorite restaurant in Nassau County!

All three courses of the Prix Fixe were excellent. I had New England clam chowder, branzini and chocolate mousse cake. The waiters even sing “Happy Birthday” quite well!

We had a fabulous experience and a fabulous meal at Nautilus. We started with Oysters which were smooth and fresh. Next was a house salad. One of the best I’ve had in a while at a restaurant. The balance of ingredients and the freshness was just right. The red onion tasted like a red onion should. One dinner was the swordfish special which was delicious. I had the shrimp-scallops-flounder combination. Yum. All were cooked perfect for my taste. The wait staff were attentive and pleasant. The restaurant had a warm feel. Dinners were enjoying themselves.
