Bidra med feedbackThe staff here is friendly and very helpful, and the food is served hot and fresh. I do wish the prices for my favorite items would return to what they used to be. I really enjoyed the dollar menu in the past, but now it seems to feature mostly vegetarian options. While that's fine, I personally prefer to have some meat choices available. Nonetheless, my local Taco Bell offers good value, and I can't really complain. I encourage others to check out the Freeport, IL location and share their thoughts. There's always room for improvement, even when things are going well.
I had a great experience with the drive-thru service, but things went downhill when I got back to the hotel. I found hard, crusty bits in my tacos and some burnt beans at the bottom of the pan. They promised to rectify the situation, but when I received my order again, the other food was cold. I had hoped for better. The young staff even mentioned they forgot to add water, but simply adding water wouldn't fix the overly dried, fried beans. I also have to mention that Taco Bell is no longer inexpensive; the food is quite pricey for what you get, and I didn't find it to be fresh at all!
