Roy's - Freetown

The rooms were cozy and adequate. I appreciated the daily room service and the breakfast. The atmosphere was peaceful and attentive, and the staff was friendly. My only issue was that the restaurant prices were too high.

I have been to this restaurant three times. The pizzas are decent, as well as the beef shawarma. However, I was very disappointed with the chicken farm dish. It had only a few chicken pieces and was mostly filled with fries. I would have preferred it to have more chicken and some salad.

Our experience at Hotel Roy was terrible. This hotel should be considered more like a motel at best. The place is very outdated and lacks the amenities you would expect for the location. Upon arrival, we had to be moved three times due to malfunctioning AC units. The only positive experience was with a receptionist named Augustine who tried to find us a suitable room. However, after a few hours, we discovered a small cockroach inside our room, which was the final straw. Around 1 o'clock, we decided to check out and move to another hotel. The lack of care and service, along with the outdated rooms, make this place a nightmare for international travelers. I would not recommend staying here.

A beautiful beach bar and restaurant. perfect at sunset. they do good food, great beer and beautiful juices.

The hotel is right on the beach front but it's fairly basic accommodation. The bar on the beach is pretty good
