Peet's Coffee - Fremont

Coffee is always good, my frittata was burnt and I didn't receive a straw for my iced coffee. Also no seal on the bag, drink or anything. This location struggles with inconsistency.

Typical Peet 's experience. Staff is coached friendly. Regardless of time of day, out of certain items. Not a horrible experience by any means, but a little effort would make them great instead of just good.

Overall a nice place and has a consistent quality. Service is fine. But the prices have been going up regularly. $5.70 for a cup of latte is too much. There seems to be no regulations for Peet's and Starbucks.

The location was great and they have good coffee. Staffs were nice and I like the vibe of this place.

I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into this location but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me.
