To make matters worse, our server couldn’t even provide a beverage menu, which made ordering wine particularly difficult. Half of our appetizers were served alongside our entrées instead of before, as is customary. My pulled pork sandwich was served cold – not just lukewarm. We ordered six sushi rolls but were only given five, though they still tried to charge us for all six. Surprisingly, for a sushi place, there were no chopsticks available, so we had to eat our sushi with forks. Throughout the two-hour ordeal, our server checked on us only a few times. Luckily, other staff helped us by refilling our drinks and bringing utensils. At one point, the dirty dishes piled up, and we had to clear our own table by moving them to a nearby one. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t return to Ohana, even if it were free. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to eat.
