The ice cream at this restaurant is extremely delicious and creamy. While it may not quite reach the level of Coldstone, it is definitely a close second. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food, including the ice cream, is top-notch. They also offer fantastic shakes and regularly have great deals and specials, especially for holidays or specific days of the month. To avoid disappointment, it's best to call ahead and check if they've run out of any items before making a trip.

The restaurant is extremely clean and offers a wide variety of flavors. The ice cream is of high quality, as expected. However, there was only one staff member working during a busy period, which affected the service. Otherwise, it would have received a five-star rating.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Our waiter, Sam, was incredibly friendly. The staff, including Sam, Shawn, and Luis, worked seamlessly together. It was the best experience I've had at a Baskin-Robbins. I ordered a Banana Strawberry smoothie, while my wife and son opted for ice cream.

Fast service and icecream always tastes fresh. Ive been to other Baskin Robbins stores in Clovis and it was terrible. Your FRESNO store on Ashlane is the best. Thanks for great service and icecream.

I have ordered a layered strawberry sundae numerous times and my son went in there to order it for me and the girl made some nasty old sundae and when I called to complain she wanted to sit there and argue and blame my son when he told her what I wanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She said ?we?re closing already so you could call tomorrow? I asked for her name and her managers name so I could report her and she said they?re not allowed to give out employee information.
